"The Hotel is lovely, clean, and has a minimal but thoughtful aesthetic. The bathroom and bedroom are huge, and the restaurant connected to the hotel is charming. The only drawback is the location. The town center is dilapidated and rundown, with many closed storefronts. I hope the town of Pittsfield can elevate its downtown area to match the vibe of this charming hotel. "

"When it comes to rooms, we are typically a “you get what you get” couple. Meaning-we take the room that we are assigned. The Porches proved to be the exception. After returning to the front desk because our room was too close to the road in front of the property, we were offered another room in a more quiet area.
