8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (1.000 nhận xét)
"Ibis Shepherds Bush is a good location for West London. The staff are very helpful. But the amenities are minimal, the rooms feel quite bare and unwelcoming. There are no latches to secure the bedroom door which I didn’t like. They need to adjust their prices because value is not represented here."

Vier U-Bahn Linien :Pink/Gelb/ Blau/Grün ganz nah.

The staff are fantastic
Spacious clean room, quite noisy as it's above the outside seating area which is lively until late

"This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The overall cleanliness of the room was extremely poor, and to make matters much worse, I woke up at around 2:00 AM to find bed bugs in and around the bed.
The room already did not feel properly cleaned or maintained, but discovering bed bugs in the middle of the night was the final straw. I had my suitcase and belongings in the room, which meant I then had to worry about potentially carrying bed bugs with me for the rest of my...
