"Wonderful property, great staff, beautiful location, close to everything."

"Property looked nice but there is some false advertising. We booked a room with "lake view" but got a room with view to a wall and the street. When asked, was told that "they did not have another room at that price". The room was very comfortable and nice. But cleaning needs improvement. The towels did not smell fresh, in fact, I wondered what kind of soap they use because the bath towels were clean, but smelled awful."

"This was our first time staying here and we were very upset about our stay. The room obviously was not cleaned to the point of being gross. There was a brown smeared stain on the shower curtain sitting next to the toilet, dust dusting all the cubbies for the towels that we needed to use, a small cut straw left on the counter behind the Kleenex dispenser and the tub and shower were both dirty.
