The holiday inn in Adrian was a nice stay. It’s pretty standard of what you can expect from the holiday inn. I enjoyed how convenient places to eat were and how you could walk there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good. Even though it was busy, the front desk lady handled the situation very professionally. The rooms were clean and even gave our family complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and mouthwash. We were not prepared to stay the night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good experience. A little computer glitch at check in, but the desk personnel were friendly and professional. Linens were clean. Loved the shade of blue the room was painted in. Isn't it weird watching hotel TV after getting used to streaming?

Not as nice as year before.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Counters, table, and front of fridge were dirty, and bathroom still had cleaning spray left on mirror, counter top, and toilet when we checked in. No coffee or tea left in room for keurig. We killed multiple stink bugs and lady bugs in room during stay, needs treated for bugs. Door would not latch properly. The table in the suite is now a folding buffet table with metal legs, not a nice wood table as pictured. The hotel has gone downhill for a Holiday Inn.

The manager Kimberly and the staff were very understanding about the issue that my wife and I with our room . They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared ! Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my Expedia to call her . There was no need because Expedia did a good job of solving the problem after they contacted her while they put me on hold . Jeffery at Expedia was very helpful and made sure that the matter was resolved , My wife and I travel often and we do understand that sometimes things do happen but as always the reflection of how the problem is resolved and the extent the staff and persons involved go about it is what really matter . Thank you Kimberly at Holiday inn Express Adrian and to all your staff who were wonderful and kind . Also thank you to Jeffery at Expedia @ Expedia for the extra effort in helping get the transaction done up to my satisfaction .
