"Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es total in Ordnung. Man muss damit rechnen, dass alle 5min Flugzeuge über die Anlage fliegen! Allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem ein tolles Hotel mit netten Angestellten! Das Essen hat uns abends sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig."

"Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

"Ok, fyi I did not read all the reviews when I booked this all inclusive last minute. I was debating between here and 2 others. I only stayed 2 out of 4 nights. Mistakes/disappointments Solo traveler - family friendly all inclusive (lots of families enjoying their stay as they should) Older resort but I’ll give them credit for trying. "Vriendelijk personeel en eten was prima en gevarieerd.kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en handdoeken, zeep en flesjes water werden dagelijks aangevuld en gewisseld. Misschien een hartige snack beschikbaar in de middag zou lekker zijn en iets doen aan de mieren op het terrein. Al met al dikke prima"

"Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)"
