"Beautiful building, mid customer service."

"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. Our room faced the back of the hotel (away from University Ave.), which made it quiet; other side might be less so. There is no...

"The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row."

"I love staying at The Graduate, it’s the only hotel I stay in when I go visit my daughter, everything is close by. The hotel is pretty nice, I like hanging out at the dining lobby, the Henry’s hotel is also convenient and they gave the best brisket burger. The rooms are clean and staff are very nice."

"This place is full of liars! The front desk staff told me at check in that the parking fee was $10 and then charged me $30. A poor representation of a Hilton. The location was great and the rooms were nice."

"We had booked a non-smoking room and we had to get up at 1:30am to let the front desk know someone was smoking weed and our room smelled horrible. The front desk guy just said sorry and moved us rooms a couple doors down, I would expect a different response and even a manager reaching out but nobody did. I will not be staying in this hotel again."

"Excellent front desk, house cleaning and restaurant services. Everyone was very polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for our next stay whenever we are planning to visit the Bay Area in the future. Hallway, elevators and rooms are always fresh and kept clean."
