"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"La habitación limpia , tiene todo lo que necesitas , buena plancha la pedimos en recepción, la cama buena , el baño está muy bien , y la habitaciones tiene su propio split , algo muy raro en Europa y que es muy bueno cuando lo encuentras porque por fin puedes tener aire acondicionado para dormir en las nochesitas. La ubicación no está mal, queda cerca de restaurantes que podrás desayunar y comer , está un poco lejos del centro histórico pero cerca de paradas de autobús que puedes tomar sin...

"Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen ☺️☺️☺️Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die anderen Gäste sind sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gepflegt. Die Architektur der Gebäude ist beeindruckend und verleiht dem gesamten Hotel eine besondere religiöse und künstlerische Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mit 13 Euro pro Person fair bepreist 🙂👍 Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! 😀🙌"

"Sehr freundliches Personal, Preiswerte Parkplätze im privaten Parkhaus befinden sich in Laufnähe. Die Zimmer mit Seeblick sind in die Jahre gekommen und tagsüber in praller Sonne. Wir buchten ein renovierte Zimmer hinten raus allerdings gibt es unterschiedliche Zimmergrössen. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer (3Bett). Abends kann man sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und einen Drink genießen, In die Stadt es auch nicht weit."

"All good - nice room, great bathroom, safe, balcony, blackout curtains, air in, mini fridge… the rooftop pool was very welcomed in the hot weather - plenty of beds and umbrellas , towels and snack bar with draft beat. Buffet breakfast in the garden, staff were lovely."
