"Breakfast was good—standard fruit and toast options, along with some nice bakery items. The room was a bit hot for my liking, and the AC wasn’t working, which was a little annoying. The thermostat seemed to control all rooms, so I had to turn off the heating and keep the window open most of the time. "You get what you pay for with this one. The room was dirty, there were marks and stains on the walls, and said walls were paper thin. There was no airflow in the room so I had to keep the window open the whole time I was in the room, and traffic outside was very loud all through the night. The breakfast was almost non-existent. "The location of these rooms between Bologna and Tiburtina stations is great. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Don't be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is 4 ground/below ground level rooms. It is hard to find, not the location but where you enter for the rooms - through a building, across an atrium, into another building and around the corner. There is no one around and you get to do a self check in...if you can find where to do a self check in! Other reviews said the rooms are dark,...

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne, ruhige und grüne Anlage. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und das Personal war stets höflich und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend vielfältig.
