"Nice big rooms with desk. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. The staff was very nice for the most part, but for some reason one staff member decided to meet us in the parking lot to tell us about check in. Also, the hotel charges for early check-in even to get into the room 30 minutes early, which I never experienced before and doesn't speak well for the hotel and customer service. I would not have paid that out of principle, but my daughter insisted."

"Hotel was great! Breakfast was a staple every morning! The fresh bakery in the lobby was exceptional! 1st floor and 2nd floor bar/restaurants were delicious. The gym has updated smart equipment. Location was great for the train stations and taxis were always parked outside should you choose that route. Would definitely recommend for an all around perfect stay!"

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at during our first trip to Tokyo. The location: perfectly situated in Shinjuku across from the Metropolitan Government Building. "Front desk agent are nice and helpful with directions and suggestions.
The hotel policies are very not guest oriented.
When I found cockroaches in the room MOD calmly reply “sorry they probably came in from the window”. ???
When checking out I asked if they could store my back till later, they left my bag in the lobby right next to walkway and restaurant entrance.
No tea No coffee No bottled water in rooms. When asked manager reply “you can drink tap water from faucet”.
I come to Japan...
