"I would have given a higher rating to the staff but it only goes to five stars. Every single request was met with a yes and some yeses were offered before an actual ask! They were helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend staying here when in Reykjavik."

"This hotel was very unique in the best way. Very safe and secure. The shared bathrooms were very clean and each stall for shower/toilet had a locked door. The rainfall showerhead and Dyson hairdryer was the best perk. I would definitely stay here again."
