"A beautiful and stylish hotel in Reykjavik with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The cozy bar was a great place to relax in the evenings, and the staff were excellent. "The location is excellent, right in old town and walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful, great bar for drinks and helpful bartender for directions. But for the price, I was expecting the room to be more comfortable.. the mattresses were dated, the room was stuffy and we only had a small window to get fresh air with no room temperature control. Curtains were not functional with 24hr daylight we could not get them to close all the way. Bathroom was in need of renovation....

"The location was good but the hotel needs major renovations to address wear and tear. Our room was also smaller than expected and oddly configured. An excess of chairs might be considered a good thing but the space is too small to accommodate the furniture in the room. Hospitality though added a nice touch of sweets and a kind note upon arrival."

"The room is clean and the location in center city is awesome. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but I think it is nice. I looked at the set-up. There is no parking closed by so we walked to park in a P3 location in order to have it cheap. The TV was not working in the room when we arrived, it worked on the next day. It can be very hot in the room and despite opening a window, not much to do there."

There was no phone in the room to call front desk, but I reached out via message through Expedia and the gentleman at front desk responded immediately and brought me some towels! "Basic, relatively clean. Reasonable price & good enough for a 1 night stay. Location was not in the city center, but good enough."

"Fin och "nyrenoverat" lägenhet. Ingen fönster i sovrummet. Bara ett takfönster där det inte var möjligt att få in ljus ifrån. Skräpigt från gatan och in till lägenheten på innergården. Man kunna ju ha tagit bort al ogräs och snyggat till det så första intrycket blev bättra. Lite mera utrustning i köket hade varit bra. Saknade t.ex äggkoppar och en grej att pressa citroner med för bara att nämna någon. Allt var väldigt afmålt till 4 personer. "
