"Una reseña sincera de un vieje en familia por 6 días. El hotel se veía muy bien en las fotos al hacer la reserva, por lo que al llegar estuve un poco decepcionada, nos otorgaron una habitación en el lote 21 piso tres y la habitación estaba muy deteriorada, muebles dañados desgastados y baño en malas condiciones, no estaba a la altura del costo del hotel, la buena noticia fue que llamamos a la recepción y nos dieron la opción de cambiar al lote 17 en el primer piso que estaba en mejores condiciones. El hotel es grande, muy bonito y tienes lugares suficientes para recorrer en una semana. Los restaurantes están todos remodelados muy bonitos y la comida es excelente. Nos invitaron a un supuesto “evento” de bienvenida por reservar con expedia que no era más que una estrategia de Marketin para venderte la membresía premium del hotel, nos dijeron que era un evento de promoción para un nuevo hotel de la cadena en Colombia y prometieron que participaríamos en una rifa que otorgaba una semana de regalo al ganador en el nuevo hotel, la realidad fue que sentí que nos engañaron, nos hicieron perder toda la mañana, es larguísima la charla muy incómoda con una chica creo que se llama Flor que nos presionaba todo el tiempo, la rifa fue mentira, no participamos y como no compramos la membresía nos sacaron de inmediato. Por otro lado la comida muy rica, buena atención, la playa está sin servicio por el sargazo la única área limpia es la de los huéspedes premium, lo recomiendo? tal vez :)"
