"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"The hotel lobby, breakfast and restaurants were great but the room was ver outdated. The carpet was old and stained and need replacement. Furniture look very old and the bathroom was outdated and things were falling apart. I asked several times, at front desk and housekeeping, to have our room vacuumed and body wash dispenser to be refilled and it was never done. I would not stay here again."

"This is my favorite hotel in Cairo! The hotel resort casino has all what you can think of to entertain their guests based on what they’re looking for. Mr. Rafeek, Nermeen by the pool, Adel, Ramadan, Aya health center, and every single staff member, I’ll run out of space, simply goes above and beyond your expectations. Like I said it’s the only hotel I like to spend my vacation at. Highly recommended!"
