"Le Méridien Cairo Airport was the perfect hotel for our stay. Its direct connection to the airport made it incredibly convenient, especially after long flights. Although we stayed for four nights, we spent one night in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to leave our large luggage in our room during that time, and we felt completely comfortable and secure doing so. "The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent...

"Beautiful place to stay. The gardens are outstanding but the hotel isn’t well maintained for a 5* place. I didn’t like when the rooms aren’t cleaned promptly and earlier. Sometimes our room was cleaned at 4pm. You come from a tour and visits in town and your room isn’t ready. Unacceptable."
