"This was such a neat hotel. We loved the Tap Room at the sister hotel. The food was amazing there. We didn't get to try anything from the bakery, but it all looked wonderful. The pool area and outside bar had a great feel to it too! I would highly recommend the Avalon or the Hollander for anyone visiting St. Pete's."

"We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!!
They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected.
Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families."

"Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay."

Beautiful property, very elegant and well-maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent — fresh, delicious, and great variety.
