"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "The apartment was great for us. Nice location close to town center short drive to Legoland which is why we choose it and it was lovely to have a balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. The information on how to get to the building, parking and check-in were great. "

"This is a great property and I can't wait to stay again. The best part was fresh eggs and feeding the animals! But keep in mind this is not a pristine hotel. This is an urban farm with an antique shop on the premises. There is no lobby. Most of this was fine, but I think there were some things that needed TLC on the exterior of the property (e.g., debris on the trampoline, playhouse by each unit was a little frayed, boules set was incomplete, etc.). All of the things that were a little rundown...
