"A terrible experience. Very tired hotel and spa facilities. Poor staff, rude and unhelpful. Complaints have taken a week so far to hear anything back. It appears there are a long list of people complaining."

"Room size and its location are great. It is a great place to stay for just a night. As a Hilton hotel, I am surprised they offered no clearing or towels replacement at all. Mistakenly, they have two shower gels in the shower but without shampoo."
