"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. "This place is a little dated and in dire need of some TLC. A little time or money spent on the grounds could make this place amazing again, starting with the outsides. It is cheap enough to stay and the rooms although a little dated have great flooring all around including the bathrooms. The staff we interacted with were all friendly but they were a little off putting everytime we went past the reception there would be staff hanging around outside which made you feel uncomfortable, it was sunny...

"Very tatty at the back of the hotel was not fully open and it was an Indian restaurant. No breakfast. There was a toilet roll in the bathroom which was soiled on the side would not stay there again."

"It was as I imagined. Cozy, charming, and comfortable. Even without AC in the room we were provided with fans to help with the heat and it was cool at night to sleep. The restaurant had great food for both diner and breakfast. I would recommend if you are looking for an overnight stay."

"Lovely stay. Gorgeous air-conditioned hotel in crazy UK temperatures! Comfy beds, clean rooms, really quiet - well insulated so no noise from people in corridors or slamming doors, blissful! Good shower. Great pool that didn't require booking or limited slots. Really nice bar and restaurant with excellent service and tasty food. Thank you for our stay - we'll be back."
