"I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to.
A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"We are over 60 and traveling with friends. I was concerned about the hotel being "too young".
The hotel is Great for all ages.
Plenty for everyone to do and just an Uber ride from everywhere you want to visit in Rome."

"Great location near public transportation. Our particular room was very noisy due to street traffic, construction close by and antique windows. Our private bathroom was across the hall and not inside our room causing us to wear a robe to use the bathroom. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Giacomo was extremely helpful and kind."

"Decent, clean room. Perfectly fine for sleeping. Everything was handled remotely via Whatsapp so be sure to message ahead of time and give a heads up on arrival (to open the door) or any needs. It is a bit farther out from the main sights but the metro station and bus stops are a 5-10 min walk."

"Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips.
One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4.
I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment"
