"This place is somewhat tough to review. It had pluses and minuses. Room was decent in the renovated tower. Our AC went out after several days and we had to change rooms as they were unable to fix it. We had an 18 month old with us and having to pack up the room to move, only to have to repack again upon checking out. They did wipe out the charge for a days rent on the cabana by the pool. "If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay in Maui, choose here! I am not a fan of fancy hotels or resorts and I like to travel to destinations where I'm exploring, not stay in the rooms. As long as a I have a room to sleep in, shower, has a microwave, working fan/AC/heat and it is affordable, I am content. This place always has parking in their lot. Small room but it's perfect for 2 people to stay in. It's next to the airport! It's a perfect location. I would come again and stay here."

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....
