"I am very unsatisfied with my whole experience with this super 8 location. I booked a last minute trip to highpoint for a family reunion. I tried numerous times to call and request an early check in. Much to my surprise I couldn't get an answer I spoke to a reservation specialist for super 8 and she also tried she was also unsuccessful. "The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it."
