"Asked for room to be cleaned, they never came. We were there 3 nights. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Loud people yelling and carrying on in the hallway late at night. Do not recommend."

I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. "Nothing spectacular, just a ok hotel to stay for a couple of nights."

"Room looked like some furniture was missing. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but coffee was excellent."

"Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy."

"The website states airport shuttle runs until 12am. But when I called for the shuttle I was told it quit running at 11pm. This was a major reason I picked this hotel. So had to Uber for $15."

"Nice sized rooms, friendly breakfast buffet workers. Chia pudding was great to see. Pillows uncomfortable, blood stain noted on pillow, front desk worker unfamiliar with dog price and policy. I hope I was charged correctly."

"Check in was quick and they just charged a $30 hold for any damages they was promptly credited back at check out. The only minor annoyance was that for an undisclosed reason alcohol sales had been suspended until further notice. "

"The parking lot is spacious, and there are many great places within walking distance. The baseball stadium, food court, gallery, and visitor center are all nearby. The hotel is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast provided by the hotel feels a bit limited in variety, but it covers all the essentials."

"Great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very spacious including the bathroom. The shower had fantastic water pressure. The refrigerator was nice and cold and the air conditioner was quiet!"
