"This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

"The bathroom door came off the track and fell on my roommate. Her shoulder was injured and the hotel staff said they warned management about the possibility of injury Be careful with the heavy wood door for the bathroom. Leave it open if possible "
