"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."

"The staff were very welcoming. The bedroom was a great size, the only thing I would say, but that's just my opinion the TV could have been a little bigger, The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"Staff didn’t seem to care. There was a flight cancellation which meant long waits for check in and to use the lift. Told I couldn’t use dining facilities due to the flight cancellation. Was put in a wheelchair access room which meant the sink was low and water ever After a shower. No fridge. Nowhere for a suitcase. On the plus it was very handy for the train/bus station"

"The room had a single wardrobe that was totally inadequate for our 5 night stay. The staff were very helpfull. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good but the management of the restaurant during breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel."

"Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy. Other dishes were absolutely amazing. Thanks"

"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a full English on offer and also fruits and yoghurt. Fantastic location to get around town and for woodland walks. Parking for residents outside the hotel, £6 for 24 hours."

"The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and functional, but the property is a huge maze and not easy to find your way around. The "high tub/shower" amenities are not the safest to use."

"Check in easy,room perfect,stay A+++..transfer to the station,perfect,young gentleman helped us with cases..my only complaint is clayton airport transfer....the gentleman who.picked us up from airport at 23:00 did little to offer a couple in 60s any help with luggage,very poor effort.."
