Put in all the traveller details ahead of time using the website, but then still had to use the kiosk at the front entrance to put in all the info, AGAIN. After a lengthy process at the kiosk, the screen read “please retrieve your key” . . . and literally nothing else happened. Don’t know if the machine was supposed to spit out a key, or a key card, or even a piece of paper with number on it, but literally nothing happened. A few minutes later a cleaning lady happened to...

"The hotel was in and ideal location and near to the old town and shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and offered us a drink to unwind before we went to our room. The room was smallish but not cramped and was ample room for the two of us. It was lovely, modern and had extra touches that made it great. The breakfast albeit not cheap was worth the money and had a huge selection which was lovely.
The rooftop bar was good and we enjoyed cocktails late...
