"The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. The location of the hotel is also convenient for walking to the beach and nightlife. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great option for a stay in...

"Lovely clean hotel, close to the beach and centre of old town. Yara Costa and other staff at the hotel were wonderful and so pleasant. Only thing I would say is that if you’re a light sleeper then this isn’t a hotel for you, the bars are quite loud and until early hours of the morning. But the hotel can not be faulted, very clean and a comfortable."

"Beautiful high floor apartment, comfy bed, kitchenette, good linen, great view, spacious bathroom. Everything we needed for a short stay. We were 'upgraded' to prestige on arrival, which was fine - i dont usually like staying in hotel blocks but it was out of season and quiet so was great. I had originally booked an apartment. Pools we didn't use but would have done if it had been rainy, we were lucky with the December weather! All the staff were warm and friendly, we had lunch in the cafeteria...

"We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was a fantastic choice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which had plenty of space and was perfect for us - the pictures are very accurate. It was a short walk to the main building, and then further to the beach, but the property is well maintained so it always felt like a pleasant stroll.
