Room was spacious and very clean, staff was super friendly and courteous. Loved the courtesy shuttle that picks you up from the airport and also will take you into town. I did not realize this was a ski in and out hotel. Definitely want to come back when there is snow. Loved Aspen and will return. ...

This was my 4th stay at the property and I’ve never had an issue. Hot springs pools are wonderful, clean, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are clean.
