"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"We stayed overnight near airport for an international flight out. Epic Honolulu rainstorm likely colored our experience. Free shuttle from airport was nice. Staff pleasant. "Our client asked not to be booked here again. She reported that the floor of the room was damp and the room smelled musty. She also encountered several bugs in her room during her stay. These conditions gave her an overall feeling that the room was not clean or well-maintained."

"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"Honolulu has few budget options especially near Waikiki. This has a a great location but is the definition of basic. With no air conditioning or parking, best to bring all your amenities with you, and be prepared for half the resident guests to be using walkers. "

Our shower didn't even work and they refused to compensate us because I told them upon checking out and she said I should have told them earlier when I noticed. I noticed just before we checked out lol. I do not recommend."

The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. "I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "
