"We stayed for one night. Hotel has been newly refurbished and nicely maintained. We had dinner and breakfast which was all really nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area."

Also, the outlets are not the normal to outlets that you would see in modern hotels. Make sure to get a three prom to change your electronics. The Wi-Fi is not that get. "

Soap and shower gel were the only toiletries provided and meagre amounts of tea and coffee were in the room. More was given on request and plant based milk too, which was great. "I was worried about taking a single room but actually it was a decent size with everything I needed such as iron and hair dryer. The (very small) bathroom had great water pressure and hot water throughout my stay. Front desk were super friendly and helped organise taxis etc for me. The hotel has ample parking and is in a quiet location. I’d never considered staying there before but I’m very likely to choose it again. "Exceptional local hotel and accommodation. So nice to have a huge comfy bed, a simple telly that works and hot water that is actually hot. Getting these basics right is what this hotel does best as well as the quality of stay, food and service "

"The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing."
