"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"Check in was efficient and friendly, that’s where the positives end. Room we were given initially was smelly. Had a terrible smell of the drains. Was given another room, which was better. Had a night, woke up after the worst nights sleep, in what should have been a double bed, but was actually 2 singles pushed together. Bathroom has a window that is visible from the corridor outside where you can see directly into the shower. Security guy blowing his whistle from the early hours wasn’t...

"Sudamala is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, the resort is clean and well maintained, the food is EXCELLENT. My partner and I have found our forever accommodation. We extended our stay and cancelled our next place so we could stay here longer."

"Huge private villa with pool, outdoor living areas, outdoor bathroom and beautiful gardens. Staff incredible, food at breakfast and dinner was superb. You could choose to eat in the restaurant or your villa in the outdoor dining area. My jaw dropped when I saw what we had booked. Also, we had afternoon tea included which was lovely to eat by the pool."

"バリで4つホテルを使用しましたが、こちらはとても残念なホテルでした。 チェックインの時間に行っても掃除が終わっていなかったようで部屋に入れず、40分ロビーで待たされました。 壊れていたかは不明ですが、ドアがロックできず苦労します。 写真の見た目とはほど遠く建物、室内かなり古いです。 洗面所に置いてあったボディーローションは入っていませんでした。 シャワーを使用したら詰まっており、あふれて洗面所及びトイレが水浸しになりました。 部屋に蚊がいたので、朝起きたら5箇所以上刺されて大変でした。 プールは、花粉が浮いています。 布団は湿っていて、掛け布団には、シミが付いており気持ち悪かったです。 "

"Arrived early to check in, room wasn’t ready. Went out for the day, was told we would be contacted when room was ready. Returned at 21:15, still no contact. Was escorted to our room to find out wasn’t the room I had booked ( first floor, instead of pool accessible). Informed reception, no rooms of that standard available, was upgraded to a private pool room, which was nice. The room itself was just ok, nothing special. Went into the bathroom to find a huge cockroach and a couple of geckos....

"A wonderful breakfast, plenty to choose. Best hot coffee I have ever had on Bali, made fresh. The staff were amazing, a big thankyou to Elma and Hera who went so out of their way to help and and make stay so pleasant and easy. The man who made the coffee was so friendly, I wiah I had got he's name. He was amaxing as well. I would highly recommend the villa with a pool. Magnificent holiday, best stay I have in in the last 12 years."

"Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "
