"Our room was very close to the lobby. We could hear the noise from the lobby as though it was right outside our door. They played music from 7:30 a.m. right through until about 11:00p.m. This was quite annoying at times and made it difficult to sleep during these times. "We loved our stay. We stayed in the newer tower, amazing views of whales and sunsets. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Three pools to pick from. Beach has some rocks but I thought it was nice. Good beach chairs. I would stay there again. Area not busy like the city, I loved that. The restaurant had good food but needed more drink selection. "this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. "Staff was great but buildings were a bit of a mess and hard to find things due to ongoing construction. Room door and shower were broke but never fixed. Great view of the ocean and ability to rent beds. Been coming here for years but it’s been slowly going downhill. Also the fact that the literal minute we checked in we had someone trying to sell us a Krystal membership through a “welcome breakfast” that they wanted me to pay them $20 for was extremely offputting.
