He talked down to me and said “read, read everything its’s in the hotel on a qr code!!” The qr code was really tiny and when I put my bag on the table, I didn’t even see it until after he talked to me and I went searching for it. Also the tv never worked. And the water in the shower turned iced cold and reception was closed. "
