Familiar staff were here again this year with special thanks to Cris who welcomes everyone at the Happy Hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. He has a gentle and very professional manner. Meme was assisting Cris during the Happy Hour days and impressed a room filled with guests as she stopped at every table asking if she could anything for us. She made several rounds. "Good size Bedrooms. The giftshop for snackies (our dinner) closes early on Sunday, not helpful for us."

"Perfect location when flying from terminal 5. We used the pods to the terminal in the morning which was super convenient. Arrived relatively late so didn’t use the restaurant etc, shop was expensive if you wanted drinks etc, take a bottle of water with you."

"This airport hotel is much further away than the map shows from the terminal. There are many more closer. Check in was difficult even though they have terminals that are supposed to be faster because staff not trained. Service in restaurant was non existent. Strange bed frame setup that kept me hitting the base with my toes! Only provided 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, soap dispenser did not work properly. And hotel shuttle service didn't follow written schedule. All in all an average...

"Good basic room near Heathrow. £15 taxi ride from terminal 3 to Ibis and £12 Uber ride back. To go “downtown”. Would take £10 Uber to Hounslow Station then Tube to Downtown. Room is basic IKEA like. Good for the about £100 one night stay before leaving in AM."
