"The location at terminal 5 was ideal and minimized our stress when we flew out the next afternoon. Having noon checkout was perfect. I also didn't hear any jet noise from our room. Tea 5 was very good food and host/hostesses were wonderful."

"Handy overnighter at Heathrow if flights don’t connect. We booked an executive room - the breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Very basic bread, thinly sliced ham and cheese - all very low quality. Evening offerings were a lot better, wine barely drinkable though. All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful."

"Location is very clean and close to Heathrow airport so it eliminates the stress of being at the airport on time. The Bedroom suite is very roomy and has all the basic amenities you would need while in travel."
