"Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to! Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. "Riad Diamant le Zaraba is a bit out of the way--half an hour from the train station or airport, and almost just as far from the medina where many visitors to Marrakech like to spend time and sightsee. But if you have access to transportation--or your more interested in relaxing, and lounging by the pool than jumping into the bustle of the city--this riad is a great option.
