"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"Reserved 2 rooms and when my wife and I and another couple arrived we were told they had overbooked and canceled one of our rooms. We had to share a room with the couple we were traveling with. There were people that had not checked in yet so why didnt they give us 2 rooms and cancel someone that had not shown up yet?"

"This hotel is ok. Staff is friendly. My room smelled liked cigarettes one night. It’s relatively clean, but looks a bit dated. The $30 charge per hours for late check out seems excessive."

"The staff was EXTREMELY nice, we arrived very early due to an event we were coming in for. I explained that I knew I was very early but do you happen to have any rooms available. She was able to not only get us a room but she was so sweet about it. We will definitely be staying again!"

"Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and polite; there was plenty of parking around the building, and we enjoyed spotting some local wildlife. Having a Target within walking was super convenient for amenities and other snacks, the breakfast was great, and check-out was a breeze."

"The pool area is nice and fun. Good gathering spaces. The rooms were disgusting!! I had to clean the entire room myself! The young women working in the restaurant/coffee area was incredibly RUDE! Our orders were always wrong and it took 30-40min to get our food! The wind was bad by the pool area while we sat out there and umbrella came out of the table and it hit me, the staff that was out there knew about the incident and didn’t care at all. They didn’t even apologize or say anything."

"Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one."

"They were awesome, they were accommodating and she literally went to check herself to see if the rooms were ready and met the guests expectations. That is going above and beyond the line of duty!"
