"When I arrived at midnight (I had sent them a message on the Expedia site in advance, I'll arrive at midnight 1~2 am), my booking was ignored. The reception staff said the rooms were all full and there was no room for me. But I patiently negotiated with them and asked to prepare one room for me in any way they could.
