Our suite was recently refreshed with a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Very nice and very quiet. We had one complimentary room cleaning in our stay of 7 days which consisted of fresh bed linens but oddly enough they did not provide fresh towels at the same time. We did find the staff to be friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests if not so intuitive.
Due to the on going freshening up of the Hotel the complimentary breakfast was served in the sister building next door. Breakfast consisted of some of the usual items bread, muffins, scrambled powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon or ham on a rotating schedule, some dry cereals and some very soupy oatmeal. No pancakes or waffles or hot chocolate to the disappointment of the children. I understood from earlier communication with the hotel that there was the makings for breakfast burritos which would have been nice. As a suggestion, biscuits and gravy are popular with our family.
We used ART bus transportation to get to Disney. It was a bit inconsistent for this route with wait times varying from 30 to 60 min or even more which is no fault of the hotel but contributes to the experience.
Would we stay there again? All things considered, we would probably try to stay somewhere not on the #12 Manchester ART bus route. It was very frustrating to be finished with your day at Disney and bus service to not be reliable.
