"All features mentioned on their profile are not true. They said they offer airport shuttle and WiFi, however there is no WiFi and no airport shuttle. They offered me the second floor, however no elevator, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs myself with no assistance from the staff. They said they offer breakfast, however they offered just cereal and milk. Extremely poor breakfast. The hotel name is Quality In, however it is the worst quality service that hotel would offer. I highly recommend...

"There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel"

"While the room wasn't dirty, it didn't feel overly clean, either. My biggest complaint about the room is with the lighting. I can't imagine how the design for a room with a few, dim spotlights could ever be approved. The room definitely had a gloomy feeling to it.
