"This was the 3 hardest nights sleep I've experienced in years. The room was supposed to be a suite but the bathroom was communal, the window was so old, all the chatter from the smokers that sat on the front stoop until 2 or 3 in the morning plus the traffic noise from City Road seeped through.
The room was not as presented online, thus I did not expect, nor want, a hostel but that is the reality."

"Location was great - heaps of groceries stores right outside and really close to the bus and tube. The apartment was clean and spacious which I liked and good water pressure in the shower.
Cons - the bed was quite hard and the shower leaked on the floor (one time flooding into the main room, luckily I had spare towels). It’s also not sound proof so if this is an issue bring ear plugs as it can be loud at night with sirens and people shouting, it’s also NOT accessible for someone with a physical...

"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"
