The main amenities were broken, pool and hot tub, which is why we booked this stay. The place didn’t have any carts to use to load our items. Hyatt Place Ann Arbor
We had the very best stay. The shuttle was super helpful, the staff kind and attentive, the rooms and bed comfortable. The GM was great! Highly recommend this hotel!

The Kensington Hotel
