"Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐"

"If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. "The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. "The breakfast was fair. The muffins were "tough", the chicken sauage was a hockey puck and the bananas were disgusting. Looked ok on the outside but the inside was always brown and mushy. One waffle iron was broken so waffle lines were super busy and long. You maybe need some better options. The breakfast staff were all nice and pleasant. "
