"My stay at AC Hotel Charlotte City Center exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, seamless, and set the tone for a great visit. As a first-time visitor to Charlotte, I initially hoped to find street parking, but quickly realized it was limited. The hotel's self-parking option ended up being incredibly convenient, with an easy, direct path from the garage to the elevator and my room. "Valet drivers stole out of my truck and have yet to resolve the issue. The manager said he will investigate and follow up and have yet to do so it’s been a month. Stole my VS Diamond Cuban chain."

"The first room we were assigned smelled bad and was dirty. On another day, housekeeping left a bag of trash in our room. The lobby didn’t have air conditioning, which made it really uncomfortable since it was over 100°F outside. Breakfast was also disappointing. They didn’t have enough staff, and by 8:00 a.m. they had already run out of plates and silverware. Overall, our experience was very disappointing."

"The breakfast had a pretty bad selection, the worse part was the AC stopped working at night and randomly started working again in the morning. It was unbearably hot at night, 76 degrees. However I found the parking to be affordable and easy"

"Room is very tiny. Cant even lay in bed and watch TV. No chair in the room, no fridge. Parking cost 30 dollars a day and if you leave you have to pay 30 again even in the same day. Lots of people begging for money. They have a bar and say water is free but got charged for it on my credit card statement. Definitely was a learning experience. Do yourself a favor choose somewhere else"

"Our first room was missing the fridge and the ac chipped in like a roaring steam engine which made sleeping difficult. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and ended up with another room that had the fridge and a quiet ac. I was not aware until then that the ac wasn’t the same in all rooms. Had I known I would have requested to switch from the first room. We discovered that the tax charged on our dining at the lobby restaurant was way above what it should be. When brought to the...

"Amazing customer service. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and offered us free breakfast after we learned that their outdoor pool was closed. Bistro staff was also extremely friendly and helpful"
