"This stay was nothing short of disappointing. The room was dated, and efforts to hide that fact were rushed and poorly done. The bathroom felt gross and it was clearly assumed that a coat of paint could fix everything, but efforts were lacking as shown by the dried paint drips on the door. Doors slammed throughout the night, and the thin walls led to us being able to hear the neighboring room's television. "Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff."
