"Booked via Hotel.com which presented this apartment as a "service apartment" with daily services with limited front desk service; but we only seen the front desk lady on the first day. The front desk lady informed us that service will cost 55 Euro each time. We need to do on-line check-in ( not in personal check-in). We stayed 4 nights, each of us with only 1 set of towel . We are required to remove all trash when we check-out. There are much discrepancies with the description posted on Hotel.com There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Our unit is at the basement, each night can hear the noise when the garbage pickup removal . Location very close to the metro station and a supermarket."
