"Prima locatie. Kamer was schoon, receptiepersoneel vriendelijk, ontbijt was iets minder, de kopjes waren op en het personeel deed ook niet veel moeite om ze aan te vullen toen ik erom vroeg, de eieren waren koud en de broodjes en de chocoladebroodjes niet echt knapperig. Ik had moeite met de instellingen van de airco, het was of te warm of te koud, maar dat kan aan mij liggen. Maar al met al voor herhaling vatbaar. "

"The staff at the property were lovely and helpful. We had a very nice stay. The 5-7pm drinks and snacks was a nice addition. All that you need, shopping, food and Antwerp history at your door step. Special mention to the young blonde lady that checked us in. So sweet and helpful."

"This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. The communal areas and our room were well appointed with great design touches and amenities. Breakfast was served promptly and there was a wide selection of options. We interacted with one staff member repeatedly and she was friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. It was a delight to stay here."
