"The staff at the property were lovely and helpful. We had a very nice stay. The 5-7pm drinks and snacks was a nice addition. All that you need, shopping, food and Antwerp history at your door step. Special mention to the young blonde lady that checked us in. So sweet and helpful."

"Good sized room, comfy huge bed, coffee pod machine in an excellent location. I was checked in by the most incredibly helpful employee who went the extra mile (literally) to make my stay easier and more comfortable - helping with luggage and generally showing a really strong concern for customer care (for the record I'm a 50+ female, I don't mean this to sound creepy!)"

"Very well positioned with a tram stop opposite, bus station over the road and train station within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was busy and the bacon oddly was shredded. Some items weren't updated as quick as ideal. Rooms are standard HIEX rooms but no safe in mine (401) which isn't the norm. Amazing environmental policy of exchanging no room refresh for drinks tokens for the bar. Brilliant idea."
