From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean throughout, and our room on the 6th floor was perfect. The highlight was our beautiful balcony with wonderful views — the ideal spot to relax with a drink after a long day exploring the city. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was professional, warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. "Disappointing experience. I booked this hotel as it had air conditioning, but was then told they don’t turn it on until June. When I asked them to turn it on earlier, the owner complained that I was the only one who wanted it (each room has their own controls and if others don’t want it on, it being on in my room won’t affect them at all). The room is small and with no fly screens on the window, you will get mosquitos in the room if you open it for air. The toilet seat was broken throughout my 8-day stay and never fixed. Beds are uncomfortable. Great location if you want to be near the Vatican or Castello San Angelo. Breakfast was fine - continental. I won’t be returning, so they need not worry about me asking for air conditioning again. "

"The room was clean not to perfection but it is durable . The staff were really friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast here because there are so many options around the hotel. The air conditioning was not working but luckily at night it was nice and cool so we left our balcony’s door open. I have to say though… this hotel it is perfect located on front of the Vatican’s museum . Do not book a tour if you trying to get in the museum fast you can just get to the entrance at 5:30 am if you don’t have tickets yet and be the first ones in or buy your tickets 2 months ahead only From the Vaticans website since there is a lot of scam websites . Saint Peter’s basilica it is only 13 minutes walking distance and the Colosseum it’s about 23 minutes away driving distance. You would pay an uber around 28 euros or about 35 dollars to get there . If you taking a cruise it is a 1:20 hour drive and it’s best if you take an uber it’ll cost you 150 euros . My own opinion you don’t need to rent a car just take Ubers plus it is crazy the way the locals drive here a lot worse than NY drives ."
