"Grounds and building are beautiful, staff are helpful. Unfortunately the bed and pillows are horrendous. Stayed 2 nights and hardly slept both nights. I also mentioned this to the reception staff and said I would of been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and she apologised. The whole point of staying somewhere is to sleep so really all the other facilities are pretty pointless if you can’t get the main part correct.
