"There was blood on the wall next to the toilet & the accessible shower wasn’t as accessible as they pictured. It was just a bathtub that had bars in it, and the showerhead came on right away. That was all that was accessible about the shower. there is no seating area in the shower like it pictures."

"It’s easy to miss as you’re driving down a busy 4 lane divided road. A larger sign would be helpful. An automatic door at the entrance would be fantastic as I tripped on the rug and fell upon arrival to check in. I had a medium sized wheeled bag that got hung up on the door and fighting to get the door back open to get my luggage in and a corner of the entry rug was curled up, it was a recipe for disaster.
