"We honestly expected better. The facility overall is in need of maintenance. The sidewalk immediately outside main entrance is broken, uneven concrete which presents an unsafe walking surface. Parking was well lit and abundant. We arrived at 4:30 pm, a full hour and a half past the advertised check-in time, and were assigned a room which had not been cleaned yet. "We stayed on the first floor and there was an unusually large number of loud door closings late into the evening and early morning hours. The shower was a large handicapped accessible one which was fine except for the fact that quite a bit of water leaks out onto the bathroom floor and so more towels really needed to prevent yourself from slipping and falling. "This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"

Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. "The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days."
